The Villages of Imperial Pointe is the independent living community on the Imperial Pointe campus. Here, you’ll have the freedom to live exactly as you choose while we take care of the rest, including your housekeeping, home maintenance and repairs, landscaping and utilities.
This new independent living community in Lake Charles, LA, designed in an old-world, New Orleans French Louisiana style, offers a variety of anytime restaurants serving local, farm-to-table fare; a club room with a bar, grand piano and pool table; a full-service spa; a state-of-the-art fitness center and many other resort-style amenities.

Mucasey & Associates, established in 1992 and based in Houston, TX, is the architect behind this project. The general contractor is award-winning Hand Construction of Shreveport, LA, who is experienced in serving the medical, multi-family, commercial and hospitality markets.
Imperial Pointe is owned by a group of healthcare professionals and businessmen. The managing partner is Dr. John W. Noble, Jr., M.D.
Noble Development is the master developer for Imperial Pointe and is also developer of The Villages of Imperial Pointe. Bridgeview Realty Capital was a co-developer in conjunction with Noble Development.
John W. Noble, Jr., M.D., originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, is an orthopedic surgeon. He is the managing partner of Imperial Pointe. He has been in the real estate development business since 2004. He is also an entrepreneur.
The community is managed by Solvere Living, LLC. Solvere Living is providing the vision to bring a standard of excellence to The Villages of Imperial Pointe and to meet and exceed your and your family’s expectations. Integrity, transparency and loyalty are the values that form the basis of the management philosophy.
The Solvere team includes highly credentialed executives with proven expertise in the areas of operations management, sales and marketing, finance, wellness and development services.
The Villages of Imperial Pointe’s independent living community offers a variety of residences, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans in a variety of different layout options. Residences range in size from 700 to 1,155 square feet and have been thoughtfully designed to maximize living spaces. All the apartments feature high-end finishes such as kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, full-sized washers and dryers, large walk-in closets, easily accessible, walk-in showers, wood flooring, 10-foot tray ceilings and patios or balconies.
The Villages of Imperial Pointe has a one-time community fee and a monthly service fee based on the one- or two-bedroom apartment you choose.
A fully refundable, non-interest bearing priority deposit will reserve your spot on our priority depositor list. This holds your place in line to become first to choose your specific apartment of choice, as well as to receive exclusive founding member benefits.
Approximately 45 days prior to opening, priority depositors will be able to take a “sneak peek” of the community by way of hard hat tour and will be able to then convert your priority deposit into a reservation deposit. This allows you to reserve your specific apartment of choice by paying the balance of the community fee.
